Policies
- 50% deposit required for holidays
- Travel schedule changes must be submitted 48 hours in advance
- Weather contingency plan for walk modifications
- For apartments without free visitor parking, guest parking instructions must be provided
- Access must be guaranteed (gate code, key fob, key, lockbox, etc.)
- We do not board pets—this program is in-home only
Requirements
- Completed Pet Intake Form before travel
- Up-to-date feeding/medication notes
- Clear instructions for:
- Gate entry
- Parking
- Elevator or building access
- Apartment entry
- Emergency contact info
- For exotic pets:
- Temp/humidity instructions
- Handling notes
- Feeding schedule
