50% deposit required for holidays
Travel schedule changes must be submitted 48 hours in advance
Weather contingency plan for walk modifications
For apartments without free visitor parking, guest parking instructions must be provided
Access must be guaranteed (gate code, key fob, key, lockbox, etc.)
We do not board pets—this program is in-home only
